Good Ol' Pressure Cooker

And here's perhaps the most important cookware in our kitchen: the pressure cooker.


Just half an hour is enough to tenderize the hardest of meats I've encountered so far. :))

Come to think of it, what do I use this cooker for anyway? Mostly beef dishes, I think. Never encountered pork so tough that I need to cook it here. Even more so for chicken and fish.

Ah hell... All this talk of food... :))
