Have you switched off?

Just sharing a friendly post-Earth Day reminder from WWF.





Accodring to WWF: Lighting can contribute up to 15% of electricity bills; Computers, televisions, video players and stereos still use 10% - 60% of power even when on 'stand by'. Today, before we leave for work, let's: *switch off all electrical appliances; switch off power sockets; switch off the lights if no one else is around; switch off your stand-alone air-conditioning unit. We can play a part to reduce CO2 emissions and conserve H2O by switching off and turning off electricity and water supply when not in use.
